Summary: "Another Great Remedy for Designer's Block"

Jackie Von Tobel has done it again. Like her Design Directory of Window Treatments, this newest book from Von Tobel is the most complete, the most thorough, and the most inspiring of its kind. The drawings are beautifully rendered and there are plenty of ideas to get designers or homeowners thinking out-of-the-box when it comes to custom bed treatments. I especially love the variety of up-to-the-minute canopy and bed drapery designs (not just stuffy period treatments found in other books), and I know I'll refer to this book often.

This bedding directory is a must have for any Interior Designer or Wookroom. I couldn't wait to get my copy to see all the bedding designs. The sketches are detailed, beautiful and colorful. Jackie's, "The Design Directory of Window Treatments and Bedding Directory" is a must have for your library. I would recommend these 2 books in a heartbeat!!

Summary: "Designly Inspired"

This directory is a MOST valuable design library asset. Like Jackie Von Tobel's previous book for window treatments, this should be a resource that will continue to inspire your creative ideas for design each time you open the book.

As a lifelong seamstress, owner of a professional workroom and a design resource center to the trade only, I have recommended this to each designer I work with. With the CD that comes with the book, you can print each design in black and white, which is an invaluable tool for communicating with your retail client OR your workroom/seamstress. This is NOT a "how to" book but a creative "stimulous package" for design ideas!
